Quinnipiac University asked Granite Bay Design to develop a standards manual for campus signage. Originally, we had envisioned this as a small booklet with some basic information on fonts, color and sizes.
At that point in time, the University had begun expanding their campus, adding two new locations to an already bustling Mount Carmel location. As a result, as work commenced on the wayfinding standards manual, it quickly became clear that Quinnipiac wanted to do this project right. So, what started as a basic booklet grew into individual chapters, each featuring a particular type or group of signs.
