Waterlines is a quarterly publication featuring Consumer News from the Regional Water Authority. Granite Bay Design is pleased to have handled the design of this colorful and informative customer bill insert/newsletter for over a decade. For each issue, I attempted to keep the layout as fresh as possible using both stock photography and illustrations as well as photographs by Harold Shapiro and myself. This page features two issues from the 2008 cycle.
