Following the success of their 2003 annual report, the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority and Granite Bay Design stuck with an over-sized, vertical format on an uncoated sheet to highlight the completion of the Authority’s new state-of-the-art water treatment plant. Featuring a series of traditional and more abstract images of the plant during construction and following completion taken by photographer Harold Shapiro, the report, titled “Shared Needs / Regional Solutions” paid tribute to the technology and the people that had brought the Authority to that important point in their history.
